Maias Netball's video: Day 1: Netball HIIT 5 Day Netball Challenge

DAY ONE: NETBALL HIIT! (session below) ----------------------------------------- YOU NEED: Trainers, water, netball (if you have one) and MUSIC! The music will 100% lift your workout so get your fave tunes on! SESSION: Warm up 3 x 15:15 (each exercise) & 60 rest between 1. Fast Feet 2. Burpees 3. Single Leg around the body (Single leg hold - no ball) 4. High knees 5. Split Jumps 6. Around the legs (toe touches - no ball) 7. Mountain Climbers 8. Sit ups 9. Push ups 10. Plank Cool down BEGINNER - 10 work 20 rest INTERMEDIATE - 15 work 15 rest MACHINE - 30 seconds each exercise rest after each set! 60 seconds rest between sets -- I'm not a personal trainer but I am a qualified netball coach and an Elite netball player so this is me giving people an opportunity to join in with my training. I've given loads of variations so make sure you work at your own pace. If its too easy just work 30 seconds back to back, too hard follow the variations on exercises I give and/ or cut off a round! Please make sure if you are feeling even slightly under the weather that you save this session for another day. Rest up because this video isn't going anywhere! TOMORROW We are getting arts and caftsy so gather some paper, pens and your netball magazine or print of some pictures of your fave player, there is cutting out involved so make sure you have a parent present.
