It is really unnecessary what some people have to do. There was plenty of non sloppy areas of the road they could have driven on but no, they had to be A-Holes about it. It may not look as bad as I'm describing it but if you've ever had this happen to you when you least expect it, it gets your attention really quick and can also freak you out for a split second if you are actually driving and not just stopped at a traffic light.
