I bought $6,000 of Tesla stocks and now I'm down 20%. Looking at Tesla's valuation, they have a very bad value. No P/E ratio due to no profits. Low P/S ratio due to high revenue. Low P/B ratio, so low equity in their company. High debts in their D/E ratio. And they can't afford to pay off their current ratio. This is a high risk stock. What are some future plans for Tesla? They plan on having an army of self driving taxis, which will run by themselves with the Tesla app. Model Y will be coming out in a year. Their new factory in China will be complete in 2019 and produce over 500,000 cars a year. Tesla is also working on car insurance for their drivers. Some bad news regarding Tesla stock. The trade war with China is costing them a lot of sales in China. Analysts are not liking their most recent earnings report, which missed on most numbers. I think Tesla is a great stock to watch right now because of this heavy dip. They're down over 40% at this point, so a good discount. Tesla has always beaten these money issues so I trust Elon Musk to come back from this dip.
