Shaykh teaches that the lady was always serving, volunteering to help others and as it happens in life she came down with cancer. Being unable to afford such expensive treatments, the same place where she used to volunteer heard about her dilemma and asked to help pay the costs of treatment. Her life of service was the factor from which such an immense blessing which came in her time of need.
