Nicole Miller, the former Thurston County Racial Equity Program Manager. County was reportedly fired last January by Manager Ramiro Chavez. Speaking during an April 23, 2023 interview outside of the Atrium building which houses the county’s general government offices Miller contends that she was unfairly dismissed and mismanaged by Chavez.
