The week before she had spent time with Emmylou Harris and Dolly Parton ... they met at Emmylou Harris and Brian Ahern's House in Beverly Hills. They sang and played together songs like "When I Stop Dreaming" and "Bury me during The Weapin Willow" .... John Starling had recorded "Satan’s Jewel Crown" with Emmylou Harris for the album Elite Hotel in 1975 ... Linda learned the song from Emmylou and included it in her show. In 1976, Emmylou released the song "When I Stop Dreaming" with Dolly who joined the harmony vocals as well as Fayssoux McLean. Linda, Dolly and Emmylou also released the single "Light of the Stable" in 1975 ... during that time they did some of the same songs at each other's concerts and wanted to join each other on stage whenever they could ... in 1978 .. they recorded and released albums together, but did not release it .. in 1987 they recorded a new Trio album and it sold Millions .. in 1999 they released again and third Trio album, and again it was a hit ... same year Emmylou Harris and Linda Ronstadt released a duet album called "Western Wall" and in 2016 Trio released a collection that included the albums, the releases and unreleased material .... in between all the albums they also sang on each other's solo albums ....
