Wheeler, 27, was released from jail in the Seattle suburb of Kent on Tuesday on $400,000 bail following his arrest three days earlier on suspicion of felony assault-domestic violence. He issued a statement on Wednesday blaming the assault, which was sparked when he allegedly told his girlfriend to bow to him but she refused, on a 'manic episode'.
