The Road Abode presents their Quick and Easy Whitewash Tutorial and Recipe. If you've been looking for the Nordic, Scandinavian, driftwood style wood stain, now you can make it yourself. This video goes pretty fast. We recommend pausing to read our many Tips for your whitewash project. (RECIPE BELOW) NOTE: This is an Oil-based recipe which penetrates the wood nicely and leaves a smooth finish. If you want a water-based paint instead, the tutorial is the same, just go with White Acrylic Paint, and use water instead of paint thinner.
