Clyde Edwards-Helaire had electric college film and would have been a tremendous asset to many teams around the league. That said, when you pair him with Offensive minds like Andy Reid and Eric Bieniemy, a QB like ‘future Hall of Famer’ Patrick Mahomes, and speed weapons all over the field, it becomes really special. Defenses have to respect all field levels and zones, stretching their range and coverage ability and creating pockets to work inside of. Edwards-Helaire is fantastic at operating in that space, executing the concept of the play to the fullest and adding surplus value on top of that.
