The New California AB5 is putting the Gig Economy in a serious panic. I personally believe that the panic is a result of a misunderstanding about the intent of the bill and what it is asking. Now, granted, as like any other law that has been enacted throughout history... there are going to be some negatively impacted individuals, but let's make sure that we are actually being impacted before we react.
