As we continue through the fall season here, you must find time for a round here at The Shawnee Inn. Not only will you be amerced in the beautiful fall foliage everywhere you look but you will play a course with conditions hard to beat anywhere in northeast, PA. In fact, we just won best greens and best golf course in the 2014 reader’s choice awards for the Pocono Record. As we show you some of our beautiful course - we wanted to share a bit of history with you. As many of our viewers know our course was designed by A.W Tillighast and not only designed by him but his first design ever. We are proud to share that Tillinghast will be inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame this coming year. Our grounds and course hold a lot of history and its an experience we hope everyone has a chance to come experience here for. Be sure to bring that jacket when your coming out to play, especially If you are teeing off early. We are expecting mid 60’s here all week.
