Slice each cherry tomato in half and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt and red pepper flakes. Roast in a preheated oven at 375 F for 10-15 minutes or until softened. 2. Meanwhile, place mozzarella balls in a heat safe bowl, and fill bowl with hot, steaming water. Cover bowl with a towel and let stand 15 minutes. Spoon out each mozzarella ball out of the water and place into the skull mold. Gently press down the cheese so that it forms into the mold.
