Deciding to sell your house in the county and buy a condo in Toronto can be a challenge! . Susan and John had decided to sell their house. They also wanted to help their daughter Jess buy her first home. But they were wondering where they should start. . Buy first and then sell or the other way around? How could they get the best price for the sale of their house? All while finding a condo within their budget. Not to mention coordinating everything during a pandemic. . It was a sheer pleasure to use all my resources and our team of professionals to help them achieve all that they wanted. . Despite the cold they shared their experience. Which made me want to hug them. But I couldn't since physical distancing is still in place!
