The Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce's video: The Bottom Line Is Getting the Elephant out of the Room

@The Bottom Line Is Getting the Elephant out of the Room
In previous mental wellbeing webinars, we’ve looked at the impact Covid-19 is having on the mental wellbeing of employees and discussed ways of building a positive mental wellbeing culture. We’ve also come together as mental wellbeing advocates to form a Thames Valley mental wellbeing community looking to share best practice and learn from one another. Joint Chairs Stuart Carroll and Clare Lyons-Collins facilitated a discussion amongst our panel of advocates as we explored the following topics – PTSD, returning to work after experiencing trauma such as a miscarriage, returning to work after lockdown, post-natal depression, MHFA’s, loneliness, flexible working and practical ideas for busy business leaders.
