CIA has appointed Indian-origin Nand Mulchandani as Agency's first Chief Tech Officer. As Chief Technology Officer, Nand Mulchandani will report directly to the CIA Director. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is the principal foreign intel and counterintelligence agency of the US government. According to the CIA statement, Mulchandani has experience of 25 years and will have the responsibility to ensure "the Agency is leveraging cutting-edge innovation to further CIA's mission".
