I am a value investor so I am looking for value stocks, specifically value stocks for 2019. My method of looking at stocks is by analyzing the financial statements and reading over the 10-k reports. I put a significant amount of consideration in historical cash flows, revenues, and profits, as well as, a healthy balance sheet. Then I like to understand the business, so I can estimate the future cash flows. Using this method of evaluation, I have come up with my top 3 American stocks for July 2019.
