I am a value investor, so I am looking for value stocks. My method of looking at stocks is by analyzing the financial statements and reading over the 10-k reports. I put a significant amount of consideration in historical cash flows, revenues, and profits, as well as, a healthy balance sheet. Then I like to understand the business, so I can estimate the future cash flows.
