You have to try it for this year's Valentine's! ✦ Ingredient list: 100-100 grams of plain biscuits 1 tbs brown sugar 3 tbs coconut butter or coconut oil 1/4 cup soy milk 1 package Tofutti cream cheese 1 package vanilla pudding powder 125 ml vegan sweet cream for whipping 1 tsp vanilla extract Fresh strawberries 1 package vegan strawberry jello ✔ You can replace the coconut butter with vegan margarine. ✔ You can replace the vegan sweet cream with coconut cream (the solids of a coconut can after it has been refrigerated) and more sugar, but the cake will have more coconut flavour. ✦ Do you have any questions?
