(optional after doing step 1-4) go to file manager in your custom recovery & follow this path /data/adb/modules (make sure all partition mounted first) 6. delete "gaming-mode" module 7. reboot device You will see some frame drops in the video due to my LG G5 throttling while recording 4K30FPS(1080p60 not working on LineageOS 15.1😞) sorry for the video quality, it would look worse in 1080p due to YouTube compression.
