What started out as a vlog test for my new a7iv turned out to be an epic rant slash tutorial for wedding film makers and event videographers that may just save them some hair . This video is mostly for new wedding and event videographers. But I mentioned quite a few well known photographers and youtubers in this one. There's something for all! (shout outs to Gerald Undone, Julia Trotti and MakeArtNow just to name a few) I know it's a long one, but there was a lot to get through. Think of this as a tutorial done in vlog mode :) . I'm thinking of making a series of wedding videographer tips, like a wedding film school, ... or not ... Because there needs to be some kind of practical filmmaking guides out there too, to push back against all the cliches and bad advice. (like the side camera in interviews for example lol) Anyway hope you get something out of this.
