@Adobe After Effects - Spoon Bending

Leave ideas for future effects in the comment box! This was a super easy effect to do which took less then an hour including both filming and editing! I was watching the Matrix the other day and saw this effect and thought it would be pretty easy to duplicate in After Effects. Now it isn't perfect but for the amount of time put in I was pleased with how it turned out. I'm sure if there was a bit more time put in it would look even better! This can be achieved a number of different ways such as mesh warp liquify tool or the puppet tool to name a few. This was shot on a Sony PMW EX1 and edited in Adobe After Effects CS5 and Final Cut Pro! Thanks for watching!
