Start by seasoning sea bass fillets to your liking with salt and pepper. Place your filets in the bottom steamer tray on top of a piece of aerated parchment paper. The aerated parchment will allow the steam to pass through during cooking. Add a few slices of ginger with the fish for additional seasoning. Next prepare the vegetables by slicing a mixture of asparagus and mushrooms to the size of your liking. Layer the vegetables on the top steamer tray with the asparagus on the bottom. Add ginger to the vegetables as well for extra flavor. Once all the food is in the baskets, assemble them back together and cover with the lid. Place the steamer on top of a saucepan filled with a little boiling water. The steam from the water will penetrate through the baskets and cook the fish and vegetables. Steaming will take approximately five to seven minutes. Once your fish is thoroughly cooked, plate your meal and enjoy! Entertaining guests?
