http://serious-fitness-programs.com/weightloss Follow Us On Facebook: ⇨ https://www.facebook.com/TheSeriousfitness delicious shrimp & cauliflower mash recipe 340 calories (1 serving) Ingredients 5 oz cauliflower florets 1/2 cup low sodium vegetable broth 1 garlic salt and black pepper 1 oz parmesan cheese 5 oz shrimp peeled and deveined 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp red chili powder 1/4 tsp onion powder salt and black pepper 1 tsp olive oil DIRECTIONS Add cauliflower, broth, garlic, and salt & pepper to taste to a large pot (it's okay that the broth doesn't cover all of the cauliflower). Cover and cook over medium-high until the cauliflower is soft. and blend the contents into a blender .add more water if needed to blend. Transfer back into the pot and stir in the cheese. Sprinkle all of the spices onto the shrimp and toss. Over medium heat add the olive oil to a large skillet add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes on each layer.
