TheSoutherner's video: Swanage Railway 20 03 2022

Under a shining spring sun, two steam locomotives would grace the rails of the Swanage Railway, as the warmer weather starts to arrive. Making its first appearance of the year, 'The Dorsetman' Luncheon made a welcome return among the public passenger service. The railway were operating their Blue timetable, which consists of 5 return trips along the branch line between Swanage and Norden. Traction was to be provided by visiting 'Small Prairie' - 5526. The luncheon, with 34028 "Eddystone" at the helm, made two return trips through the Isle of Purbeck, interspaced with the regular passenger service.
