And recently we got a chance to experience one such marvel of the customer service experience - The Premier Express Prime service. Premier Express Prime or PEP is one-of-its kind innovative service program that only @MercedesBenzInd offers in the luxury car market in India. With ‘Premiere Express Prime’ Mercedes-Benz India aims to reduce the turnaround time of servicing a car to 3 hours, thereby saving precious time of our customers who have a busy lifestyle. To book a service for your star, all you have to do is open the MercedesMe app, select your service partner, select the date and time according your convenience and availability, once all of that selected you can chose between free pick up and drop from the comfort of your home or office. Or you can simply drive in to the service centre yourself. You also get an option to opt for a loaner car for the duration of your service. All this can be done seamlessly through the Mercedes me app or by simply calling any of the Mercedes Benz service centres in India. Once you reach the service centre, there is a valet that takes your car to the service bay or you can drop it yourself. As soon as you step-in, you are welcomed by the staff. And while I was sipping my coffee, my service advisor came and explained the whole process and suggested me to try the innovative Premiere Express Prime service this time. In no time the process of PEP started and a timer started with 60 minutes on the clock. And even before it was 90 minutes I got my Star all ready and shining.
