One of the changes that was made with the Season 2 update for Modern Warfare II was a reduction to the charge times for both the Bonus as well as the Ultimate perks. Today, I wanted to cover exactly what this change was, how it impacts practical charge times, and whether or not the Ghost perk was fixed to work how it's always worked in CoD.
