http://Theiss.Care I think most people are missing out on their own potential. I think this has made me realize how fit and toned I can be. How hard I can work. How healthy I can be on a day to day basis. Where as before I always had excuses for why I couldn’t lose weight or do something and now working out has just become a routine and part of my life. Anyone can lose weight, get toned and have that. Maybe you just need someone to help you realize your own potential and Brian has definitely helped me realize mine. I didn’t expect to have Brian care so much about me in my own life and ask me questions about what’s going on outside of just working out. Which felt really nice. I didn’t expect to lose so much weight. Which has been a great surprise. I didn’t expect to be in this good of shape and so toned at the end. My heart rate improved, my blood pressure improved. Thinking as a 27 year old I thought I was pretty healthy but I’ve realized now, after working out with Brian, that I am actually very healthy. Losing weight and getting a toned body feels incredible. You always think that just because you are young you are going to be in good shape. I don’t think that is true. I think even if you are older you can still be in incredible shape, lose weight, get toned up and feel really good. That’s a nice feeling to have.
