As the first-ever hybrid M5, it’s also good for a combined 738 lb ft of torque and has a claimed electric-only range of up to 40 km. But all that extra power comes at a rather heavy price - it weighs about 1000 lbs more than the outgoing model. Will the new M5 live up to its high expectations set by its predecessors?
