Merry Christmas! I disappeared again, but this time for YouTube! New year, new me, new projects! Hope you guys like Unpacked, a series where I try to not only unpack my metaphorical suitcase after 10 years of living as an American in Italy, but also unpack stereotypes with the end goal of reaching a place of greater understanding. Italy vs USA was a loved series but as I grow, so should my content! The most useful thing that living abroad has taught me is that everything is relative and an absolute truth doesn’t exist. One man’s chaos is another man’s spontaneity, it just depends whose perspective is being used to tell the story. Once you let go of spending time trying to label things as right or wrong, black or white, you realize that we as humans have a lot more in common than not.
