@Path of Exile, Tanky Ice Crash Templar. (Could work very well in 2.4 as a Champion)

Here's my tanky Templar. Thinking of doing something like this in Talisman. Maybe as a Marauder. Gear isn't too expensive either and can do pretty well even with a 4-link. It's also quite versatile. You can easily get more life if needed and just skip some block nodes. EDIT: After Ascendancy, I'd probably do this as a Champion. That might work even better.
