Rinse and drain your choice of beans, we used great northern beans, add them to the pot. Add fire-roasted tomatoes and fresh mushrooms (if you have them) and corn (if you want to). Cayenne pepper Paprika Chili powder (probably 3 tbsp) adobo Sazon Garlic powder Oregano Salt (if you don't like it salty than skip this one because there is salt in the sazon and adobo) pepper Stir all the ingredients together Set crockpot to high for 4 hours or low 8 hours. Add cream cheese 2 hours before serving, DO NOT MIX the cream cheese until you are about to serve. Add your favorite toppings, cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, crackers.
