So I started dancing earlier this year. Salsa & bachata, for the most part. It started with a pact I made with a friend of mine - who absolutely glows when on the dance floor -: I'd teach her how to sing if she'd teach me how to dance. It's been a few months now, taking the odd classes, going out in bars to practice and meet new people... It had been on my bucket list for a while now, so I'm very proud I went out my comfort zone and challenged myself. But the biggest lesson I am learning from dancing is to trust my body, my partner, and let go.
