Tim Dry's video: TIM DRY RACE DAVIES - BADGE 1991

Once upon a time I married the lady that I naively thought would be a lifetime companion. In retrospect I guess we were both misguided but for a brief, still shining span of years i was happy. We did create some magic together and I feel the time is now right to share this cover version of the song 'Badge' written by Eric Clapton and George Harrison and recorded by Cream in 1968. Our version was created in about 1991, using an MMT8 Sequencer, a DX7 keyboard and some mini-samples pinched into a Yamaha sequencer that could hold about 28 seconds of a sample. Race sang the vocals and played the main kevboard, I played guitars (a custom Gibson SG) and overdubbed sequencers and FX. This was all recorded down onto analogue 1/4" tape, and then bounced to cassette. I re-mastered it through Logic Pro 7 a few weeks ago and thought that maybe now is a good time to share it!
