Tim's video: Problem and Issues Installing the Brembo 19RCS Master Cylinder - Forged Aluminium - Suzuki GSX-R

In this video I describe the problems and issues I encountered during the install of the forged aluminium Brembo 19RCS Master Cylinder on the Suzuki GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 2011 to 2019, and possibly the GSX-R1000. Firstly, the premium pack reservoir mount causes the reservoir to hit the fairing so I am having to make a custom mount. Secondly, the brake light switch will have to be wired into the bike's loom. I managed to make a plug and play fitting from another microswitch. Third, the double banjo bolt that comes with the master cylinder fits OEM banjos, not aftermarket. With Goodridge Braided Brake Lines, the banjos are slightly narrower, which means you either need a shorter bolt, or need to double up on the two washers in between the banjos. I have ordered new Hel Performance Braided Brake Lines and a shorter double banjo bolt from Hel, the thread is M10x1. Always remember to do your own research, these problems and solutions are items I have found out.
