After my Suzuki GSX-R600 2011 model started having a cold start, rough idle issue the ECU began to display a fault code C65. I identified this as an issue with the Idle Speed Control Valve, part number 18117-14J01. I purchased one from Suzuki for $400 delivered. Soon after the problem went away. This video shows the valve. Suzuki state this valve is able to be cleaned with injector cleaner but there does not appear to be much to clean as the mechanism is sealed.
