Timberline Tack + Scoot Boot Adventures's video: Heat Fitting Scoot Boot Heel Straps

@Heat Fitting Scoot Boot Heel Straps
For more info visit us on Facebook at Scoot Boot Adventures: https://www.facebook.com/groups/191421184909626/ When your Scoot Boot heel straps are a little too tight, but the next boot size up is too big, Scoot Anti-slip shims or EVA tape should first be tried on the bigger size to take up some space. For a more custom fit you may consider sticking with the smaller size and then heat fitting your heel straps as shown in this video. ***This process in this video is to be done at your own risk***. The process is irreversible, and if straps are stretched too far they can break. Heat-fit boots cannot be returned to Scoot Boot or Scoot Boot Adventures. ***Note**** This stretch was done on a cold day. On a warm day the stretch will take less time. Start out by holding the heat gun a bit further away than shown in the video and heating for a shorter time. You can always do more later.
