My goal is to build women’s homes that cater for the needs of women experiencing a variety of challenges including domestic violence, mental health issues, drug and alcohol misuse or homelessness. As a previous domestic violence sufferer and someone who has overcome a nervous breakdown and anxiety, my heart craves to create a space where women can go to feel supported, encouraged and empowered. I can not tell you how terrified I am of launching this campaign. It has taken months of hard work to get to this point but I'm happy to say that the crowdfunding campaign is now live. You already know that I've wanted to use this house as a women's home for years and trying to build this dream has been tough but it's all led me to this point. I need to raise the money for the renovation, and as you can see from the video, there's a lot to do!
