This is a quick and intense 9min upper abs sixpack workout! You only need an exercise mat as a base and a skateboard (or a small towel if you are inside)! This workout is for boys and girls :) MUSCLES: we train our upper abs & overall core strength. SPEED: The exercises are intense. Perform everything concentrated, thinking of the exact muscles you want to train. BREAKS: We perform 4 exercises for 40s each, followed by a 30s break. We do 3 different cycles. EQUIPMENT: An exercise mat as a base is perfect and you need a skateboard or a small towel to slide if you are inside! Not much space needed.
