Union external affairs minister S Jaishankar hit back at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on his remarks in which he quoted unnamed European bureaucrats saying that Indian diplomats have completely changed and become "arrogant". Jaishankar tweeted a 19 second clip of Rahul's remark and said that the change in Indian Foreign Service reflects confidence and IFS officers were defending national interest.
