"One Million Miles" - original song by Timmy May lyrics and music copyright 2021 This song is now known as "High Roads and Low Roads". It seems to be very apropos right now in early 2021 for a number of reasons. I like to think of January as Robert Burns' month, among other things, and this makes me think of Scotland. The song Loch Lomond says "You take the high road and I'll take the low road"...I have to recognize that one of the lines of my song is descendant from this idea, though I'd like to think it has been given a new direction. She is known online as "The Lady Who Paints". Look her up!! She used to live in Newport, Rhode Island. She returned to her original hometown in Michigan. She's an amazing painter. I feel very privileged to have this beautiful Irish landscape in my home.
