In this episode we take a day out of our busy schedule and visit the Forever Home Donkey Rescue and Sanctuary in Benson, Arizona. The owners of the sanctuary provided a private, guided tour and included all the backstories of every donkey in their care. Home to 20 donkeys of various ages and sizes, this interactive experience offers the opportunity to enter the donkeys' pens and pet them, and to feed them their favorite treat - animal crackers! The sanctuary is free to visit, and the lovely couple that operates the sanctuary foot the bills for all the food, veterinary and farrier care that the animals require.
