Tishitu explains Here is Mechanical Circut which can operate AC and DC motor up to 3 volts to 240 AC Volts (Alternating Current) Motor or (Direct Current) DC motor, generally we have solid-state relays or motor controllers like L293D, but these are easy to damage itself and the circuit connected to it, so to avoid these conditions we are using SPDT Relays in the circuit to form a super simple circuit with high efficiency of isolation and capable of control heavy AC and DC motors. Trust me! I am using this circuit for the last 20 years. without complicated circuits In-circuit we are Using ULN 2803 High current Darlington amplifier to drive the relay off and on, To connect in a manner where if we are taking DC motor Common terminal of first connected with one end of the motor and another terminal of a motor is with the common terminal of the second relay. well NO (Normally Open) terminal of both relay are connected and same as NC (Normally connected) both terminals are connected, well now connect ground reference terminal or negative terminal from the battery or other power source is to be attached with NO . the positive terminal is connected to NC terminal. now take one terminal of the coil and connect it with another relay any of one terminal and connect it with 12 V Vcc . here basic circuit is completed. well to operate we are using a high current Darlington amplifier, to trigger the relay coil. In the circuit you can see 1B, 2B pins are connected to the microcontroller where 5v or 0v wit 10 mA current is a pass to activate 1C and 2C pins respectively. well whenever condition provide to a circuit like in logic below, the results are 0 - 0 = motor stop 0 - 1 = motor clock 1 - 0 = motor Anti clock 1 - 1 = Motor Stop replace logic probes with microcontroller and Enjoy your logical programming with circuitry.
