"Proportional Integral And Derivative Controller" This video is related to coding of PID tuning for a given control system in MATLAB Script file. PID is a proportional, integral, and derivative controller. There are many controllers available to generate an actuating signal to stabilize the system or to improve the performance of the system along with the change in values of their parameter. Proportional controller related to the speed of the response of the system, how fast system approach towards final value first time. The derivative controller uses to reduce or diminish the overshoot occur in the system. The integral controller helps the system to maintain it across the final value that’s it helps to stable its steady-state value. PID controller used in many variants as per requirement such as P, I, D, PI, PD, PID depend on the system response. Proportional controller directly effects to rise time of the system, derivative controller effect to overshoot value and Integral related to the steady-state value of the system. Step response of the system behavior completely studies with the help of their parameter and along with the tunning of PID that in which condition response is better for the system. There are many algorithms available for the tuning of PID, related to the optimize the value of PID for a particular system. Optimization technique used to find the best value of the parameter according to the condition of the system. PID tuning is one of the major problems in most of the problems related to stability and the satisfactory working of the system.
