In an era where locomotive-hauled trains in regular service are becoming less and less frequent, we take a quick look at PTV - V/Line trains EMD powered N456 "City of Colac" as it is moved a few metres from its train from Warrnambool in Victoria's south west, to its next duty, the 16.17 outer-suburban service to Bacchus Marsh, a mere 40 kms west of Melbourne on the Ballarat line.
