Vlog on the morning of Day 1 of our 12 Day Bhutan Lingshi-Laya-Gasa Trek. On the first day of the trek we drove from Paro past Drukgyal Dzong to Shana. There we met the crew, had our things loaded onto horses and started on foot. We tried to reach Soi Thangthanka (23km distance from Shana), but due to muddy tracks and slow progress dark caught us before we got there. We made camp about 6km short of Soi Thangthanka in a damp forest which very pleasant - but by that time we were too exhausted to care! Video and Music - Copyright © 2012 SurfacedStudio
