Toby G's video: Bhutan Hiking Vlog: Lingshi - Laya - Gasa Trek Day 9

Vlog on the morning of Day 9 of our 12 Day Bhutan Lingshi-Laya-Gasa Trek. On day 9, we woke up rather exhausted after 2 big days crossing the Jhari La (4785m) and Sinche La (5005m) passes in a row. On top of that, because it snowed and stormed the day before and our things were rather sloppily stored on the horses, everything had gotten soaked and so we slept in wet tents on wet mattresses, trying to somehow manage to get our clothes dry enough to wear. Day 9 proved to be a lot better, the sun was out most of the time and the hike to Laya was about 5-6h in the end, which - by comparison - did not seem all that bad. The scenery at Limithang was absolutely stunning and with Gangchenta in the background, it was a great way to start the 'easier' part of our trek on our way back down towards Gasa.
