This is the preparation day for our 12 Day Bhutan Lingshi-Laya-Gasa Trek, going up to Paro Taktsang - better known as the Tiger's Nest! The Tiger's Nest is the spiritual centre of Bhutan. In Buddhist belief, the Guru came to this place riding on his wife (in the form of a tigress) and brought Buddhism to Bhutan.
