I see so many people exercising with BAD form and so I wanted to discuss Bad Form vs Good Form. There are 2 reasons why exercising with bad form is actually 'bad': 1. You are not targeting / engaging the muscles correctly! If you do an exercise half-assed, swinging around the weights or distracted by a friend, you are not properly engaging the muscles you are trying to exercise. This will lower your results and it will take you longer to achieve your goals! 2. You are much more likely to get injured! Bad form can lead to injury very easily as you are swinging weights around, not holding your body straight and not staying focussed on what you are doing. Here's a tip: DO NOT GET INJURED! Injury can cost you years of time spent exercising if you are unable to move or work out for weeks, months or even years! It is not worth it and you should always use good form to avoid getting injured in the first place!
