Toby G's video: USA Vlog 3 - San Francisco Segway Tour Lombard Street

Me and Celina went to the USA for 3 weeks and I recorded a holiday vlog to capture our experience! On Day 6 we did a Segway tour through the beautiful town of San Francisco! We went down to Fisherman's Wharf in the morning to receive some training on how to operate a Segway and then - to our horror - went straight on the road, mixed in with all the other crazy traffic, to explore the city. Our guide was excellent though and she made sure no one got run over or lost on the way through the hilly city. It was awesome speeding around on a Segway rather than having to climb all of those hills ourselves and we did get to see a lot of sights, eat some delicious ciabatta bread and end with a lookout onto the Golden Gate Bridge from the harbour. On day 7 we did not have any tours planned but went out on foot to spend the day exploring San Francisco! We first went down to Fisherman's Wharf to visit Pier 39 and observe the army of seals that calls Pier 39 their home. It was fun watching them laze around and push each other into the water. After Pier 39 we grabbed a bite at the local Hard Rock cafe and went on foot up Lombard Street. It was a great experience though a rather steep climb up to the famous section of Lombard Street that goes zig-zag up to the top of the hill. It was a pretty amazing sight and me and Celina walked up the small section of windy road to have one last look down across San Francisco before taking a cable car to get us back to the hotel!
