A lot of people simply upload a video to Instagram without doing anything to it, even though the video isn't the right size for Instagram. Instead, you can use the Squareready for Video app to easily crop the video for Instagram, and quickly crop the video for Instagram as well. I have been using Squareready for Instagram content for about two years, and it's the quickest and easiest app to use to crop photos and videos. Of course, there is a separate app for photos called Squareready for Photos and another app for videos called Squareready for Videos.
